iPattaya Directory is an online directory of businesses, attractions, and services in Pattaya, Thailand. The Service provides information compiled from public sources and user submissions.

3. User Accounts

To claim a listing or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Listing Content

Listings on iPattaya Directory are compiled from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. Business owners may claim listings to update information.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (listings, claims, reports, leads), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You warrant that you have the right to submit such content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPattaya Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including but not limited to listings that violate these terms, are inaccurate, or are reported as closed or fraudulent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
